MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THERMOPLASTIC RESIN FOAMED LAMINATED SHEET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin foamed laminated sheet having a good appearance. SOLUTION: The method comprises laminating a sheet (1) containing a thermoplastic resin foamed layer (A) and a sheet (2) containing a specified unfoamed thermoplastic resin layer (C) through an adhesive resin layer (B) to produce a thermoplastic resin foamed laminated sheet with the unfoamed thermoplastic resin layer (C) serving as one surface layer. The method comprises a process 1 of superimposing the sheet (1) containing the foamed resin layer (A) and the sheet (2) containing the unfoamed resin layer (C) in the order of sheet (1)/(B)/sheet (2) and feeding the resultant laminate between a pair of rolls and a process 2 of melting the adhesive resin layer (B) with the heat of the rolls in contact with the unfoamed resin layer (C) and pressing the sheet (1), the adhesive resin layer (B) and the sheet (2) with the rolls to laminate and integrate.
