PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrostatic formed article having good strength at a low producing cost. SOLUTION: This formed article is provided with side edge parts 112, 132 which are joined while overlapped, and extend from peripheral edge parts 111, 131, side wall parts 114, 134 extending while bending from the side edge parts 112, 132 and the first and the second outer surface parts 110, 130 having top-surface parts 115, 135 extending while bending from the side wall parts 114, 134 and forming a hollow cross section, and reinforced rib 120 disposed at the inner side of the first and the second outer surface parts 110, 130 and parting the hollow cross section. The reinforced rib 120 has almost V-shape in the cross sectional shape and has side edge part 122 joined with the first outer surface part 110 and a center part 125 joined with the top surface part 135 of the second outer surface part 130.
