PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an emulsifiable concentrate comprising 2',4'-difluoro-2-(α,α,α-trifluoro-m-tolyloxy)nicotinanilide as an agrochemical active component and having excellent storage stability at a low temperature. SOLUTION: The emulsifiable concentrate comprises 2',4'-difluoro-2-(α,α,α-trifluoro-m-tolyloxy)nicotinanilide (preferably 0.5-5 wt.%), a sorbitan fatty acid ester (preferably 0.5-10 wt.%), an anionic surfactant (preferably 0.5-10 wt.%) and a hydrophobic organic solvent (preferably 10-90 wt.%).
