PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constantly hide a clearance between a seat cushion and a seat back with a clearance hiding cover, to avoid entering of the clearance hiding cover into the clearance even if the seat back is reclined almost flat and constantly retain the aesthetic appearance by securing the clearance hiding function of the cover even after raising the seat back again. SOLUTION: The lower end 21 of the seat back 12 is positioned on the rear end 15 of the seat cushion 11, a rear bank 20 is raised higher than the seat face 16 of the seat cushion 11 by upward extending the rear face 17 of the seat cushion 11, a clearance 30 between the seat cushion 11 and the seat back 12 is narrowed, the clearance hiding cover 14, at the upper end 25, is fixedly attached to the back lining side of the lower end 21 of the seat back 12, is hung therefrom, passes through the rear side of the rear bank 20 and extends to the rear face 17 of the seat cushion 11.
