PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a user's discomfort due to a treatment agent supplied onto the skin surface in a hair removing device. SOLUTION: The hair removing device 1 for removing the hair on the skin surface with a cutting part 11 is provided with: an agent supply part 4 for supplying the treatment agent used for removing the hair onto the skin surface; and an agent removing part 5 for removing the treatment agent left on the skin surface.
