The invention relates to novel carbosilane dendrimers, the preparation method thereof and the use of same. The branch ends of the inventive dendrimers comprise primary, secondary, tertiary and quaternary amino groups. The aforementioned dendrimers can be used, for example, as vehicles for carrying anionic molecules in the blood, such as nucleic acid molecules including ODN and RNAi molecules, and other anionic pharmaceuticals with which they can interact, thereby protecting same from interacting with proteins in the plasma and/or increasing the target cell penetration rate thereof. In the case of long-lasting bonds, the dendrimers can be used to bind anionic molecules to surfaces. The inventive dendrimers can also be administered as active principles for the prevention or treatment of diseases caused by micro-organisms in order to interfere with the life cycle and/or structure thereof.
