PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developer cartridge having a high sealing effect.

SOLUTION: The developer cartridge 43 includes a case body 43a with an opening 43b formed. A developing roller 50 is arranged in a position facing the opening 43b of the case body 43a. A layer thickness regulating member 47 for regulating the thickness of toner carried by the developing roller 50 is provided. The developer cartridge 43 includes a case-side side-sealing member 150 attached with the case body 43a and a regulating-member-side side-sealing member 152 attached with the layer thickness regulating member 47. The sealing member 150 and the sealing member 152 are separately constituted and come in contact with each other.
