PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide new polypeptides concerning factors 1 and 2 associated with type 2 tumor necrosis factor receptor (TNF-R2) (TRAF1 and TRAF2), and to provide a method for immobilizing a molecule using the polypeptide and decomposing a complex in the intracellular domain of TNF-R2.

SOLUTION: The invention relates to the TRAF1 and TRAF2 containing a fusion of an intracellular domain sequence of a native TNF-R2 and a DNA binding domain of a transcriptional activator. The invention relates to the method for preparing the same by using a transformed cell. The invention relates to the method for identifying the factor specifically binding to the intracellular domain of the native TNF-R2, and a method for identifying a substance effecting to interaction of the TNF-R2 and CD40.
