PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transformant having a gene expression inducing system having good response.

SOLUTION: The transformant has a galactose induction system and holds a code region coding a support protein to support the transcript activation by a protein having Gal4 activity under the control of a constitutional promoter, and a code region coding a desired internal or external protein under the control of a galactose-inducing promoter.
