METHOD OF MAKING GOLF CLUB HEAD FROM BISMUTH-CONTAINING TITANIUM ALLOY, AND GOLF CLUB HEAD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for making a golf club head having less defects in the casting of a titanium alloy.

SOLUTION: The golf club head is made by casting the titanium alloy which contains bismuth of at least 0.01% of the weight of the titanium alloy in order to make at least a part of the golf club. As a result, the golf club head comprising titanium alloy having a higher strength and lower modulus is formed in high yield in comparison with one made by a casting method using the conventional titanium alloy.
