<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method capable of obtaining a high-precision and satisfactory print from just after the starting of ink delivery with a simple process in regard to the manufacturing method of the print comprising barrier walls and ink layers using an ink delivery printer. <P>SOLUTION: When the print which comprises a substrate, the barrier walls (inner barrier walls) formed as a pattern including a grid on the substrate and the ink layer disposed on an opening part divided by the barrier walls is formed, an additional barrier wall (outer peripheral barrier wall) is disposed on the outer marginal part of the inner barrier walls so as to surround the outer marginal part and a dummy region for performing preliminary delivery between the outer peripheral barrier wall and the inner barrier walls. When the preliminary delivery is performed on the dummy region just before the pattern delivery is performed onto the grid-like inner barrier walls, a time lag between the preliminary delivery and the pattern delivery hardly occurs and the pattern delivery can be precisely performed on the grid-like inner barrier walls. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
