PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transmission apparatus capable of most preferentially transmitting data whose transmission is requested with highest priority.

SOLUTION: The data transmission apparatus includes a highest priority buffer 318 for receiving data which are to be transmitted to other devices than the buffer with the highest priority, when an output timing of the data stored in the buffer comes, each output control section transmits an output instruction signal to a highest priority output control section 319, the highest priority output control section 319 transmits the data stored in the highest priority buffer 318 so that the data stored in the highest priority buffer can be transmitted with the highest priority.
