SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus 100 is provided with an acquiring section 101, a transparent region recognizing section 102 and a frame image generating section 103. The acquiring section 101 acquires a region in which a transparent region to be formed on an image is to be acquired and the image. The recognizing section 102 recognizes the region acquired by the acquiring section 101 as a transparent region. The generating section 103 generates a frame image in which the transparent region recognized by the recognizing means 102 is formed on the image acquired by the acquiring section 101.
