PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily grasp an event occurring in an allocated individual self-checkout terminal at a glance. SOLUTION: A monitoring screen 521 for each allocated self-checkout terminal is divided and displayed on a display screen of a display part. A specific configuration is generated on the monitoring screen 521 for each operation state of either waiting or commodity sales data processing of the self-checkout terminal. Further, when error occurrence information is received from the self-checkout terminal, the configuration specific to the monitoring screen 521 is generated (for example, red, expressed as slanted half-tone dot meshing in Fig. 32), an error report screen 529 having a configuration common with the specific configuration is generated and is displayed overlapping on the corresponding monitoring screen 521.
