FUNCTIONAL PILLOW SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a functional pillow system which has the function of offering a comfortable sleeping environment by lowering sounds such as snorting sounds and teeth grinding sounds emitted by a person sleeping and secures a noise reduction area over a wider range. SOLUTION: The functional pillow system includes a noise source side pillow 101 arranged with a noise source, a sound receiving point side pillow 102 arranged with a sound receiving point and a control part 103 for controlling sounds. The noise sound source pillow includes a reference microphone 104 for detecting noises emitted from the noise source and a control speaker 105 which generates a control sound for controlling the magnitude of the noise sounds received at the sound receiving point. The sound receiving point side pillow includes at least one or more of error microphones 106 for detecting the noises emitted from the noise source. The control part 103 includes a generation means which generates a control signal for outputting a sound for restricting the magnitude of the noises detected by the error microphone from the noises detected by the reference microphone and noises detected by the error microphone and an output means for outputting the control signal to the control speaker.
