摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption consumed by a radio wave reception circuit by enabling a rising signal to be received even if the radio wave reception circuit is not operating. SOLUTION: Radio equipment comprises a light synchronization signal reception means for receiving a light synchronization signal to output a synchronization control signal; and a starting processing means for performing starting processing, based on the synchronization control signal from the light synchronization signal reception means. Light source equipment comprises a reception means for receiving data transmitted from a radio communication means; a control means for performing control for emitting light containing the light synchronization signal, based on data received by the reception means; and a light emission means for emitting light containing the light synchronization signal to the radio equipment by the control of the control means. The light source equipment emits light to a region in which the radio equipment is installed. The radio equipment is started by receiving light emitted by the light source equipment.
