PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a therapeutic agent for diseases of the urinary organs, especially for treating urinary incontinence caused by neurologic dysfunction, wherein the agent is safe, inexpensive and for outpatient. SOLUTION: The urinary incontinence symptoms such as nervous bladder, neurogenic sphincter and urge incontinence are improved by administering a therapeutic agent containing a botulinum toxin so as to treat nerve-mediated urologic diseases, especially, urinary incontinence caused by neurologic dysfunction. The therapeutic agent is prescribed as dosage forms pharmaceutically permissible and suitable for administering to the urinary tract or the bladder. By using the therapeutic agent, urinary incontinence symptom is improved without performing surgical procedures such as surgical operation. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
