PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate operation further than before by efficiently displaying icons related to frequently used commands on a screen which required the commands. SOLUTION: A specimen analyzing apparatus 1 for analyzing and processing measurement results of specimens stationarily displays a plurality of first icons B4-B8, which are used for calling up a display of a plurality of function screens provided correspondingly to a plurality of functions of the specimen analyzing apparatus 1, on a part A1 of an icon display region W13 in an operation screen. When the first icons are selected, a display of a function screen display region W14 in the operation screen is changed over to a display of a function screen corresponding to the selected icons B4-B8, and a display of another part A2 of the icon display region W13 in the operation screen W1 is changed over to a display of second icons B9-B17 for operating the function screen corresponding to the selected icons B4-B8.
