PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antitrichophytial agent having high curative effects irrespective of the sources of dermatophytotic symptoms, the genus Trichophyton or Candida or the kinds of strains. SOLUTION: The antitrichophytial agent for medical use having synergistic effects is provided, being characterized by being obtained by compounding lanoconazole and terbinafine.
