PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metering container capable of reliably metering in an easily and surely viewable manner by forming a top lid and a remaining portion of a metering cap separated from each other, and using a scale plate extending from the top lid as a scale. SOLUTION: The metering container is equipped with a container body 2 with a neck portion 4 erected therefrom, and a topped cylindrical metering cap 20 with a lower end thereof being connected to a peripheral surface of the neck portion 4 in a directly or indirectly liquid-tight manner. The metering cap 20 is formed of a transparent cylindrical body 20a with an upper end opened, and a top lid 20b fitted to an upper end of the cylindrical body. An opaque scale plate 36 having the length corresponding to the capacity to be metered is suspended from a part of an outer peripheral portion of the top lid along the peripheral surface of the cylindrical body 20a.
