PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accomplish space-saving by eliminating a runway, wings and a tail rotor existing in a helicopter when flying and moving in the air, to eliminate danger that an obstacle collides with a propeller and to accomplish safe and smooth flight. SOLUTION: A driver's seat 2, a rear seat 3 and a driver's seat protection transparent cover 1 are mounted to a motive power part cover body 6. Batteries 5 mounted with a handle bar 4 are mounted to both ends of a diameter of the motive power part cover body 6. A lower part outer side ring-like rotation shaft 12 mounted with a lower propeller 11 is mounted to a lower part outer side of the shaft of the rotation motive power motor 8. An upper part inner side ring-like rotation shaft 10 mounted with an upper propeller 9 is mounted to a distal end inner side of the shaft of the rotation motive power motor 8.
