PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminating method able to improve an adhesion of an olefinic plastic substrate and a resin layer and an optical member made by using the laminating method. SOLUTION: A TiO<SB>2</SB>layer 20 and SiO<SB>2</SB>layer 30 ovelie the surface of the olefinic plastic substrate 10 in order by an ion beam assisted deposition method. Next, the surface of the SiO<SB>2</SB>layer 30 is treated with a silane coupling. Then a UV-curable resin layer 50 is formed on the surface of the SiO<SB>2</SB>layer 30. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
