PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cultivating and weeding machine having a traveling frame body weeding weeds present between rows by rotating a interrow space rotor by receiving the resistance of field soil when being travelled by sliding sliding members present at the tip part in the traveling direction between the rows of crops, and also weeding the weeds present between stumps of the crops by an inter-stump rotor at the intermediate position of the sliding member and the interrow space rotor by receiving the resistance of the field soil, and as a result, capable of removing the weeds present between rows and between the stumps to enable the cultivating and weeding operation to be carried out well. SOLUTION: The cultivating and weeding machine is obtained by arranging the sliding members 2 capable of sliding the spaces B between the rows of the crops W at the tip part in the traveling direction of the traveling frame body 1, further arranging the interrow rotor 3 capable of weeding the weeds F present between the rows of the crops at the rear position in the traveling direction of the sliding member, and arranging the inter-stump rotor 4 capable of weeding the weeds present between the stumps D of the crops at the intermediate position between the sliding member and the interrow rotor.
