<p>The mash (02) container for beer production, comprises two identical vane rotors (06, 07) arranged on the base of the container and exhibiting mixing vanes that extends radially outward from the central axle of the container. The mixing vanes (26) show a flow dynamically shaped vane profile, an open vane profile and closed vane profile. The mash flow is produced by the drive of the rotor at the mixing vane. The flow dynamically shaped vane profile exhibits a smaller or larger flow rate at the topside of the mixing vane than at the lower surface of the mixing vane. Each vane rotor is independently driven with the drive shaft. One of the driveshaft protrudes from above into the container and another driveshaft protrudes from below into the container. Two drive shafts mutually protrude from above or below into the container and one of the two drive shafts is formed as a hollow shaft.</p> |
