Method for the prophylaxis and therapy of mycosis in useful and ornamental plants and groves, preferably in closed hydroponic systems, comprises supplying N- and O- glycoside splitting enzyme preparations from microorganisms to an aqueous nutrient medium of the plant. ACTIVITY : Fungicide. The fungicidal activity of the enzyme preparation (5x103> IU) to combat phytopathogenic fungus or its development stage was tested. The result showed that development of the fungus was effectively suppressed after one-week application of the preparation. MECHANISM OF ACTION : None given.
