<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage the browsing of information stored in article tags. <P>SOLUTION: Qualifications for browsing are stored in a wireless communication tag 30 of a user who uses a tag information reading/writing device 10, and multiple kinds of article information and browsing qualification ranges determined for each kind of article information according to secrecy of articles are stored in article tags 40. The wireless communication part 21 of the tag information reading/writing device 10 acquires the qualifications for browsing from the user's tag 30, also acquires the multiple kinds of article information and the browsing qualification ranges for each kind of article information from the article tags 40, and stores them in a storage area 22.
