<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict the cross length over the whole of an internal combustion engine by miniaturizing a throttle body provided with an idle control valve to be driven by an electric actuator. <P>SOLUTION: In the V-type internal combustion engine provided with cylinders banked in a V-pattern, the throttle body 120 provided with a throttle valve 121 is interposed in an intake passage 110c extended inside the V-bank and bent to be parallel with a crankshaft, and the throttle body 120 is formed with a bypass passage 132 bypassing the throttle valve 121, and the idle control valve 133 for opening/closing the bypass passage 132 by being moved in a direction crossing the intake passage 110c parallel to the crankshaft is additionally provided in the throttle body 120, and a driving shaft 135 for moving the idle control valve 133 is projected from an electric actuator 134, being directed in the moving direction of the idle control valve. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
