<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device which is free from a deterioration in display quality even if strained owing to curving deformation of a sealing region. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid crystal display device which has a flexible array substrate 2 and a counter substrate 4 arranged opposite each other includes a region which is strained owing to curving deformation as a non-display part 9, so even when the liquid crystal display device is curved to deform, a display part 8 has no display unevenness and a screen shape of the liquid crystal display device can be made non-planar while display quality is held constant. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
