<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a swash plate which prevents seizure in a dry lubrication state even if causing such wear that a resin layer on the metal surface of the swash plate wears away, and a metal layer is exposed, and a swash plate compressor equipped with the swash plate which hardly causes the seizure. <P>SOLUTION: The swash plate 3 of the swash plate compressor which compresses a working fluid by changing the rotation movement of the swash plate 3 into the reciprocating movement of a piston 6 via a shoe 4 comprises a rotary shaft 2 to input a driving force into a cylinder block 1 of the compressor to compress the working fluid such as a refrigerant, the disk-like swash plate 3 integrally rotating by intersecting the rotary shaft 2 with an axis line, and the shoe 4 retained by the piston 6 in a cylinder bore 5 sliding on both surfaces of the swash plate 3. In the swash plate compressor, a metal sintered layer 7 is formed on the shoe contact surface of the swash plate 3, and a solid lubricating agent containing a resin composition is pressurized and filled into a sintered particle gap of the metal sintered layer 7. The gap is almost completely filled with a solid lubricating agent containing a resin composition, and reinforced with porous structure composed of a metal sintered particle which enables the formation of the solid lubricating surface having excellent abrasion resistance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
