PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition excellent in adhesion reliability that prevents the generation of static charge on an adherend having subjected to no antistatic treatments when peeled from the adherend and realizes reduced stains of the adherend, and an antistatic pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet and a surface-protecting film obtained using the same. SOLUTION: The pressure-sensitive adhesive composition comprises a (meth)acrylic polymer that comprises as a monomer component 0.1-4.9 wt.% of an alkylene oxide group-containing reactive monomer having an average molar number of added oxyalkylene units of 3-40, and an alkali metal salt.
