PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To positively prevent surrounding from being contaminated by the splashed liquid, even when the supply channel of air or liquid is enormously increased in the inner pressure to cause the connection part in the supply channel to be removed. SOLUTION: An air supply channel 17 is formed in such a manner that a tube body 19 for air and a joint part 18 for air provided to an air supply means 16 and a storage tank 10 respectively are connected. A liquid supply channel 11, is formed in such a manner that a tube body 22 for liquid and a joint part 21 for liquid provided to a liquid storage tank 10 and a liquid jetting device 4, respectively, are connected. The pressure resistance at the connecting portion between the tube body 22 for air and the joint part 21 for air and the pressure resistance at the connecting portion between the tube body 22 for liquid and the joint part 21 for liquid both are larger than a specified pressure applied during a purging process, and the pressure resistance at the connecting portion between the tube body 19 for air and the joint part 18 for air is set to be lower than the pressure resistance at the connecting portion between the tube body 22 for liquid and the joint part 21 for liquid.
