PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker with low distortion. SOLUTION: The speaker is configured such that a frame 10 for configuring the speaker adopts a split structure comprising first and second frames 10a, 10b, and an outer circumferential edge part of an edge 7 provided to an outer circumferential edge of a suspension holder 6 is sandwiched by the split faces of the first and the second frames 10a, 10b.
