PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiplying oscillator producing a reduced unnecessary spectrum component by particularly emphasizing a second harmonic wave component in the spectrum of a collector output waveform, and inputting into a tuning circuit with a higher level than a fundamental wave component included in the collector output waveform, namely, an oscillator frequency component. SOLUTION: An oscillator circuit 100 includes a resonance circuit 1 constituted of L1, C1, C2 and C4; a transistor Q1 having a base B common to the node between L1 and C1, and an emitter E common to the node between C1 and C2; bias resistors R1, R2 for supplying a proper operating point to the base of the transistor Q1; a resistor R5 disposed between the collector of the transistor Q1 and a power supply Vcc; a transistor Q2 having a collector connected common to both the emitter of the transistor Q1 and the node between C1 and C2; a resistor R17 connected between the emitter of the above transistor Q2 and GND; and bias resistors R3, R4 for supplying an operating point of the transistor Q2.
