PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of concern that, when the capacity of water stored in a condenser hot well is small, as compared with the capacity of water stored in a deaerator water storage tank, a water level in the condenser hot well greatly lowers during a trouble in controlling a water level in a deaerator and the required amount of water in a condensing pump cannot be secured resulting in pump-down in the worst case. SOLUTION: This deaerator water level control device comprises a condenser water level detecting means 17 for detecting a water level in the condenser hot wall 6, a deaerator water level detecting means 19 for detecting a water level in the deaerator 10, computing means 20-22 for calculating a valve opening 22a of a resupply water flow control valve 16 in accordance with a deviation between a detection signal 19a from the deaerator water level detecting means 19 and a water level set value for the deaerator, a lower limit opening computing means 24 for finding the lower limit opening of the resupply water flow control valve 16 in accordance with a detection signal 17a form the condenser water level detecting means 17, and a valve lower limit opening change-over means 23 for outputting a lower limit opening 24a as a valve opening command for the resupply water flow control valve 16 when the valve opening 22a calculated by the computing means is the lower limit opening 24a found by the lower limit opening computing means 24 or smaller.
