PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel shutting-off valve 10 capable of preventing fuel from flowing out to the outside even if rising speed of fuel is high when feeding the fuel. SOLUTION: This fuel shutting-off valve 10 is provided with a casing 20, a float 52, and a spring 70. A bottom member 35 constituting the casing 20 supports a lower end of the float 52 through the spring 70 and has a circulating hole 36a connected with a valve chamber 30S. The bottom member 35 is provided with an introduction passage forming member 37 having an introduction passage 37a connected with the circulating holes 36a, 36b from an introduction opening 37b opened into a fuel tank FT. The introduction passage forming member 37 is provided with a streamlining part 38 for letting fuel flow into the circulating holes 36a, 36b so as to narrow passage area gradually toward the circulating holes 36a, 36b and is provided in such a way that fuel passes through the circulating holes 36a, 36b from the introduction passage 37a and hits a lower face of the float 52.
