The invention relates to a Nordic walking pole (11) comprising a tube (17) that defines the pole axis (27), a grip (13) at the upper end of the tube (17), a loop (15) for the hand, which is disposed on the grip (13) on a side facing rearward during walking with the pole (11), and a pole tip (19) at the lower end of the tube (17).
