<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drug, quasi drug or food, effective for the prevention and alleviation of retinopathy caused by light or aging and asthenopia caused by the retinopathy, and having high safety even on using for a long period. <P>SOLUTION: This preventing or alleviating agent of retinopathy is characterized by blending red clover. The preventing and alleviating agent of asthenopia is characterized by blending the red clover.
