<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of confirming whether unauthorized selling is being carried out by automatically checking conversation contents between a sales representative and a customer during telemarketing. <P>SOLUTION: The automatic monitoring system is provided with a means for acquiring a voice file recording the communication contents in association with an identification code of the customer having made conversation, a means for converting the conversation contents into data of a text retrievable format, and creating a retrieval target file including the data of the text retrievable format, a means for carrying out similarity retrieval by using a brand name of a brand with respect to all files to be retrieved created from the voice file associated with the identification code of the customer in regard to a brand that the sales representative inputs an order in the name of the customer, calculating a degree of similarity per voice file, and extracting the maximum one from the calculated degrees of similarity, and a means for notifying a warning when it is determined that the maximum degree of similarity is smaller than a preset threshold. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
