<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the winder of a lithographic printing form original plate, in which working winding qualities are improved, and at the same time, stable quality is ensured without marring the planeness of the plate, and to provide its winding method. <P>SOLUTION: A laying-on roll 28 is provided so as to come into contact with a rolled web 52 at a winding part 62, when the web is wound into a small-sized roll mode 60 by means of a product wind-up roll 26. This laying-on roll 28 is at all times pressed against the rolled web 52 at the winding part 62. Since the rolled web 52 is wound at all times under a state being pressed against in the direction of the product wind-up roll 26 at the winding part 62, its winding is performed under a state such that the occurrence of neither the so-called "winding slippage" nor "winding ruck" takes place. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
