PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shaping sheet which is made to have a delicate uneven shape or a delicate shape having a sense of luxury and has an excellent releasing property and to provide a decorative board shaped by the shaping sheet. SOLUTION: An ink layer is formed over the whole surface of a base material by using the ink selected from the group composed of liquid-repellent ink (a) containing a binder having liquid repellency, liquid-repellent ink (b) obtained by adding a liquid-repellent substance to another binder having no liquid repellency and liquid-repellent ink (c) obtained by adding a liquid-repellent additive to the binder having liquid repellency. A coating film layer is formed on the ink layer by applying a curable resin composition containing a releasing agent. The projecting part of the coating film layer is formed in the upper part of the ink layer by the liquid-repellent action between the liquid-repellent ink layer and the coating film layer. The coating film layer forming the projection part formed in this way is cured to obtain the shaped sheet having the delicate uneven shape. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
