<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain ink for forming a scratch concealing layer, which has excellent adhesivity of scratch concealing layer and peelability of scratch concealing layer and satisfies both properties that shavings do not become powdery and but become massive, a printed material of scratch concealing and to provide a method for easily producing a printed material of concealing scratch. <P>SOLUTION: The ink for forming a scratch concealing layer comprises an active energy ray-curable resin composed of at least urethane (meth)acrylate and a monofunctional (meth)acrylate. The printed material of scratch concealing comprises at least an information layer on a printing substrate, a release layer formed on the information layer and a scratch concealing layer on the surface of the release layer.
