PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parallel winding method and a parallel winding device of a comparatively simple structure that speed up a winding cycle. SOLUTION: In the parallel winding method by which a plurality of conductors W are set in parallel and wound on a spool 76 to form a coil, which is dropped into a coil receiving jig 120, a plurality of the conductors W are set in parallel and wound on a bobbin 40. This bobbin 40 is tiltably mounted to a flyer 90 of the winding device. By rotating this flyer 90, a plurality of the conductors W are wound on the spool 76, while being pulled out of the bobbin 40.
