摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outer-most contour surface determination apparatus, an outer-most contour surface determination method and an outer-most contour surface determination program by which the outer-most contour surface of a color reproduction area represented in multi-primary colors can easily be determined, and to provide an image processing apparatus. SOLUTION: The apparatus is appropriately used for determining an outer-most contour surface of a color reproduction area represented, on a three-dimensional space, in four or more primary colors (multi-primary colors). A primary color determination means determines whether a primary color exists inside the color reproduction area. An outer-most contour surface determination means then determines the outer-most contour surface of the color reproduction area based on whether the primary color exists inside the color reproduction area. Concretely, the outer-most contour surface determination means determines the outer-most contour surface of the color reproduction area. According to said outer-most contour surface determination apparatus, it is possible to appropriately determine from three stimulus values of primary colors the outer-most contour surface required for image processing such as color conversion.
