PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the number of call processings per a unit time in a telecommunication server. SOLUTION: A storage means 1 stores received call-processing messages and controls the order of receptions. A holding means 2 updates key information contained in the call-processing messages and element information associated with the key informations and contained in the call-processing messages to the newest informations, for every key information every time the call-processing messages are received and holds them. A call-processing means 3 collectively carries out the call processings to each of the call-processing messages stored in the storage means 1 at every fixed time interval, on the basis of the key information and the element information held by the holding means 2.
