SHEET-SHAPED DEVICE FOR MUTUALLY CONNECTING SUBSTRATE AND CONNECTING STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet device having an added noise eliminating function capable of being thin connected while having a built-in capacitor element having a comparatively large capacity value and a connecting structure using the sheet device. SOLUTION: The sheet device has a sheet-shaped substrate 2 having at least an insulating surface; a plurality of wiring conductors 3 being formed on the sheet-shaped substrate 2 and connecting connection terminals for two wiring substrates; and a capacitor element 6 formed on the sheet-shaped substrate 2 and composed of a lower-layer electrode layer 3C, a dielectric layer 4, and an upper-layer electrode layer 5. The sheet device is composed of a constitution in which the previously set wiring conductor in the wiring conductors 3 is connected electrically to the lower-layer electrode layer 3C or the upper-layer electrode layer 5 for the capacitor element 6, and the upper-layer electrode layer 5 or the lower-layer electrode layer 3C for the capacitor element 6 is connected to a ground conductor 5A in the wiring conductors 3.
