PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL panel composed by preventing or delaying reduction of a luminescent area due to impairing light emission from an edge of a luminescent area, in a bottom emission type organic EL element. SOLUTION: This bottom emission type organic electroluminescent panel is characterized in that an end of a reflecting electrode formation surface is present outside an end of the luminescent area, in a part not less than 90% on a circumferential line showing the end of the luminescent area.
