PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission chain capable of making hardly bringing about fatigue of a link due to stress and amplitude of stress and preventing shortening of service life of the chain caused by the fatigue and to provide a power transmission device using the chain. SOLUTION: This power transmission chain 1 is provided with a plurality of links 2 and a plurality of pin members 3.
