PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gear shifting operation device capable of operating into a neutral condition properly, when gear-shifting a hydrostatic continuously variable transmission using an actuator. SOLUTION: The hydrostatic continuously variable transmission 11 capable of changing speed freely by shifting of a gear shifting operation body capable of reciprocating and moving freely between a neutral position and the maximum speed position and the actuator 16 for gear shifting operation for moving and operating the gear shifting operation body 15 are provided. The gear shifting operation body 15 is maintained at the neutral position when a cam type operation member 18 moves in a set scope of shifting on a neutral side in which a cam guide part 19 for guiding a cam follower 17 to be operated moving integrally with the gear shifting operation body 15 advances toward an operation position side for the maximum speed from an operation position for neutral. When the cam type operation member 18 moves in a scope of shifting in which it advances toward the operation position side for the maximum speed by crossing the set scope of shifting on the neutral side, this gear shifting operation device is formed into such a form that guides the cam follower 17 so as to move and operate the gear shifting operation body to the maximum speed position side so that the cam type operation member 18 moves to the operation position side for the maximum speed.
