PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch device capable of reliably cutting power from a first rotating body to a second rotating body. SOLUTION: The clutch device 300 is provided with a first recessed part 325 provided on an outer peripheral edge of the second rotating body 320, a movable clutch part 321 having a projection part 323 in the second rotating body 320 side, an energizing means energizing the clutch part 321 toward a direction in which the projection part 323 is engaged with a first gear 312, and an action part 332 provided in a lever member 330 and capable of pressing the clutch part 321. When the action part 332 opposes to the first recessed part 325 due to normal rotation of a driving gear 341, the first rotating body 310 and the second rotating body 320, the action part 332 presses the clutch part 321 and disengaging the engagement of the first gear 312 from the projection part 323.
