PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of an air cleaner duct facilitating bolt inserting work in a bolt hole and facilitating the positioning work of an air duct. SOLUTION: An air cleaner 1 is mounted to a frame 2 via planar vibration absorbing rubber 3 capable of absorbing vibration in the vertical direction. A middle part of the outside air intake side air duct 5 is mounted and fixed to the frame 2 by a pair of bolts and a nut 61. The tip side of the air duct 5 is attached via an intermediate bracket 9. Bolt holes 52a are formed in a bracket 52 in the air duct 5. Oblong hole shaped bolt insertion holes 91a long in the horizontal direction are formed at two portions of the intermediate bracket 9. Engagement parts 91b for positioning to which shafts 93a of bolts 93 are engaged are formed since the tip side of the air duct 5 is lifted at the upper edge of the substantial center of the longitudinal direction of the air cleaner 1 in the bolt insertion holes 91a.
